Hunan Sanan and Ideal Auto established a joint venture, Suzhou SCO Semiconductor

Suzhou SCO Semiconductor, a joint venture established by Hunan Sanan and Ideal Auto, has entered the trial production stage and has delivered full-size handmade full-bridge power module samples to customers. It is expected to go into mass production in August 2024.
