Transaction between Enjie and Ultium Cells LLC

In 2022 and 2023, the transaction amounts between Enjie and Ultium Cells LLC were RMB 13 million and RMB 44 million, respectively, accounting for 0.1% and 3.62% of the company's operating income from similar businesses in the same year. Enjie said that the signing of this contract will not affect the business independence of the company and SEMCORP Hungary Kft., nor will it become dependent on Ultium Cells LLC due to the performance of the contract.
