Enjie Co., Ltd. signed an important contract with Ultium Cells LLC

SEMCORP Hungary Kft., a subsidiary of Enjie Co., Ltd., has signed a material supply contract with Ultium Cells LLC. According to the contract, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, Ultium Cells LLC will purchase lithium battery separators worth no more than US$66.25 million (approximately RMB 484 million) from SEMCORP Hungary Kft. Ultium Cells LLC is a joint venture jointly invested by LG Chem and General Motors, and its main business is the production and manufacturing of lithium batteries for electric vehicles. Enjie Co., Ltd. stated that the signing of this contract will help improve its market influence in the global lithium battery separator industry and enhance the company's comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.
