Infineon Technologies and Xiaomi Motors reach cooperation to supply silicon carbide products until 2027

Infineon Technologies announced that it will cooperate with Xiaomi Auto to supply silicon carbide (SiC) HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ power modules and chip products for its newly released SU7 smart electric vehicle until 2027. These products will help improve the performance and range of electric vehicles.
