ROHM establishes new silicon carbide wafer production base in Japan

Rohm Semiconductor announced that it will build a new silicon carbide wafer production base in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, which is the company's first silicon carbide wafer production base in Japan. The base will mainly supply Rohm's internal silicon carbide wafer needs.
