Jetta Semiconductor has established two plants in China, with a total production capacity of 300,000 pieces per month

JITA Semiconductor has established two plants in the Lingang New Area and Xuhui District of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, with a total capacity of 300,000 pieces/month (8-inch equivalent) built and under construction. The two plants are 70,000 pieces/month for 6-inch, 110,000 pieces/month for 8-inch, 50,000 pieces/month for 12-inch and 30,000 pieces/month for silicon carbide, mainly providing core chip feature process manufacturing platforms and technical services such as microcontrollers, analog circuits, power devices, sensors, etc. for automotive electronics, industrial control and high-end consumer electronics.
