Anqingheng proposes strategies to cope with pressure from auto parts suppliers

Mr. An Qingheng also proposed some specific strategies to deal with the pressure from auto parts suppliers. He suggested promoting technological innovation to improve the competitiveness of OEMs and suppliers; establishing and improving the industry self-discipline mechanism, formulating reasonable price reduction standards and supply chain management methods; strengthening quality supervision and cracking down on illegal acts such as selling inferior products as good ones; encouraging parts companies to merge and reorganize to improve their competitiveness; and encouraging OEMs, parts companies and foreign-funded enterprises to establish strategic partnerships to avoid disorderly competition.
