Tianyu Semiconductor plans to build two major production bases with a total planned production capacity of more than 2 million pieces per year

Tianyu Semiconductor plans to build two new production bases, one at the headquarters and the other at the Dongguan Eco-Park factory. The annual production capacity of the headquarters production base is about 420,000 silicon carbide epitaxial wafers, while the new production base at the Dongguan Eco-Park factory has a total annual design capacity of 1.6 million wafers. The completion of these two bases will bring the company's total production capacity to more than 2 million wafers per year.
