Tianyu Semiconductor's revenue continues to grow, and 8-inch epitaxial wafers have been delivered

From 2021 to the first half of 2024, Tianyu Semiconductor's revenue has grown steadily, reaching 155 million, 437 million, 1.171 billion, and 361 million. Epitaxial wafer revenue occupies an important position in the total revenue in each year/period, accounting for 96.1%, 91.2%, 96.2%, and 98.5% respectively. In terms of product sales, the sales of 4-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers have declined year by year, while the sales of 6-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers have achieved significant growth in 2023. It is worth mentioning that Tianyu Semiconductor’s 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers will begin shipping in 2023, and 320 wafers will be sold in the first half of 2024.
