Automakers are actively expanding their power battery partners to get rid of their dependence on CATL

In order to avoid over-reliance on CATL, Xpeng Motors has introduced three suppliers, namely, Sinotruk, EVE Energy and Sunwoda, since 2022. In Xpeng Motors' flagship model, the Xpeng G6, batteries from CATL are no longer used, but instead from Sinotruk.
