Aokang shares plans to acquire storage chip maker United Storage

Zhejiang Aokang Shoes Co., Ltd. (Aokang Shares), known as the "King of Shoes in Wenzhou", is planning to acquire the equity of storage chip manufacturer United Storage Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (United Storage) by issuing shares or paying cash. At present, the transaction is still in the planning stage and no formal transaction documents have been signed. Founded in 2021, United Storage is a supplier of high-performance, high-reliability storage chips and solutions, and has developed fully domestically developed self-developed storage chips.
