OKAN International plans to acquire chip company Lianhe Storage

Aokang International, a well-known Chinese shoe company, announced that they are considering acquiring part of the equity of Lianhe Storage Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. through issuing shares or paying cash. Lianhe Storage is a company focusing on storage chips, and its products are widely used in network communications, wearable devices, industrial control, medical equipment, Internet of Things and other fields.
