NIO and Zeekr move towards self-developed batteries

Car companies NIO and Zeekr, which have maintained in-depth cooperation with CATL, have begun to develop their own power batteries. NIO and Weilan New Energy jointly developed a 150kWh semi-solid battery pack, and Zeekr announced the mass production of the world's first 800V lithium iron phosphate ultra-fast charging "BRIC battery".
