Frequent cooperation between manufacturers to jointly promote the development of silicon carbide industry

Since the beginning of this year, manufacturers have cooperated frequently to jointly promote the development of the silicon carbide industry. For example, Infineon has signed a long-term contract for silicon carbide wafers with SK Siltron, Innosilicon and STMicroelectronics have signed a strategic cooperation agreement on silicon carbide (SiC) in Shenzhen, and Xinlian Integrated Circuit has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ideal Auto. These collaborations will further promote the development of the silicon carbide industry and meet the needs of new energy vehicles, 5G, solar energy, photovoltaics and other application fields.
