Canoo founders all resigned, and the company's operations rely on venture capital

Canoo has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs and shutdowns over the past year and closed its Los Angeles office, which once served as its headquarters. All of its founders have left, and the company is now dependent on a loan from a venture capital firm run by CEO Tony Aquila.
