Research on the transformation design and process simulation of body-in-white welding production line

With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry, the requirements for body welding production lines are getting higher and higher. In order to improve production efficiency and product quality, this paper conducts a transformation design and process simulation study based on PDPS for the body-in-white welding production line. By analyzing the problems of the existing production line, the transformation direction and goals of the production line are clarified.
