Goertek Completes Acquisition of Yuguang Technology

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Goertek completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Yuguang Technology (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd., strengthening its layout in precision optics fields such as micro-nano optical devices, projection/display modules, and three-dimensional sensing.
