Honda and Nissan start business integration, Mitsubishi considers joining

Honda and Nissan have signed a memorandum of understanding to start business integration negotiations, aiming to reach an agreement in June next year. Mitsubishi Motors, as a member of Nissan's corporate alliance, is considering the possibility of joining the integration. The two companies plan to establish a holding company in August 2026, expect to conclude negotiations by June 2025, and delist between the end of July and August 2026.
