Sanan Optoelectronics and international semiconductor giant STMicroelectronics have jointly established an automotive-grade power chip manufacturing company, focusing on the research and development, manufacturing and sales of silicon carbide epitaxy and chips. The company's planned annual production capacity is 480,000 pieces of 8-inch silicon carbide automotive-grade MOSFET power chips, which is at the leading level in the industry.
