Xiaomi increases stake in Tongyu Auto, a supplier of intelligent chassis systems for cars

Shanghai Tongyu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has recently undergone industrial and commercial changes, adding Beijing Xiaomi Smart Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other shareholders. Tongyu Automotive is a supplier of automotive intelligent chassis systems, and its main products include wire-controlled electronic hydraulic brake systems. Its headquarters and R&D center are located in Shanghai, with three major production bases in Jiading, Shanghai, Yichun, Jiangxi, and Nanjing, Jiangsu. It has built an intelligent manufacturing center with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million sets. Tongyu has provided more than 100 models for more than 80 well-known customers. It is one of the very few companies in the world that has the ability to mass-produce intelligent brake products.
