GAC Group plans to reorganize GAC Mitsubishi, and GAC Aion will increase production and expand capacity

GAC Group plans to adjust and reorganize the equity of GAC Mitsubishi and its automobile sales company in October 2023. After the reorganization is completed, GAC Mitsubishi will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GAC Group, and GAC Aion will use GAC Mitsubishi's factory to increase production and expand capacity, and mass production is expected to start in June 2024.
