Dechang shares plans to invest in establishing new production bases in Singapore and Thailand

Dechang Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to invest in the establishment of Antech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (tentative name) through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary NBDCSINGAPOREPTE.LTD. The company will purchase land in Thailand and build a factory with an annual output of 5 million home appliances, with a total investment of approximately RMB 638 million or equivalent foreign currency. At the same time, Dechang Co., Ltd. also plans to purchase land in Yuyao, Ningbo and build a new factory with an annual output of 1.2 million smart kitchen appliances, with a total investment of RMB 442 million and an estimated construction period of 3 years.
