Bosch exhibits new generation of silicon carbide power modules CSL and LSL

Bosch exhibited its new generation of silicon carbide power modules CSL and LSL at this year's Beijing Auto Show, using Bosch's second-generation 1200V, 9 milliohm silicon carbide (SiC) chips. Bosch's second-generation 1200V silicon carbide MOSFET chips have been put into mass production in the first quarter of 2024 and have been successfully deployed on multiple models.
