Jingjin Electric exhibits high-power silicon carbide three-in-one electric drive assembly

Jingjin Electric exhibited its high-power silicon carbide three-in-one electric drive assembly at the Beijing Auto Show, which integrates a square conductor motor, a silicon carbide controller and a high-efficiency reducer. Among them, the independently developed 800V silicon carbide (SiC) inverter adopts the third-generation wide bandgap semiconductor silicon carbide technology, which has the advantages of high switching frequency, high efficiency, and high power density.
