BYD Semiconductor exhibits 1200V 1040A SiC module

BYD Semiconductor exhibited its 1200V 1040A SiC module (model: BME1040F12B34U5S-N) at this year's Beijing Auto Show. This module is an automotive-grade SiC power module that adopts a full-bridge topology, pinfin design, and double-sided silver sintering process. The module is mainly used in new energy vehicle motor drive controllers, and the module power is greatly increased by nearly 30% without changing the original module package size.
