Several SiC device manufacturers such as STMicroelectronics, Infineon Technologies, Onsemi, Wolfspeed and Rohm are establishing partnerships with major automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), indicating that OEMs and suppliers are confident in the future development of the SiC market.
