According to reports, the Zhijie S7 is currently in a loss-making sales phase and needs to increase production capacity in the future to turn losses into profits. The prospects of cooperation between Chery and Huawei have therefore become unclear. Chery has four major production bases in China, and its capacity utilization rate last year was as high as 93%.
