U.S. electric car sales hit record high in third quarter

According to data from market research firm Rho Motion, in September, electric car sales in the United States and Canada increased by 4.3% year-on-year to 150,000 units, and electric car sales in Europe increased by 4.2% to 300,000 units. In the United States in particular, electric car sales in the third quarter increased by 11% year-on-year, setting a record high, and the market share is approaching the 10% milestone. Cox Automotive predicts that 2024 will be a "growth year" for electric cars in the United States.
