In 2023, Silan Micro's discrete device products achieved a year-on-year growth of 8.18%, among which super junction MOS, IGBT devices and other products grew rapidly. The company also accelerated the SiC power device chip production line project, and it is expected that the monthly production capacity will be increased to 12,000 pieces by 2024.
