The newly revised "Specification Conditions" focuses on four aspects, including optimizing the technical indicator system, updating and improving the standard specifications, adding requirements related to lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles, and strengthening product quality management and enterprise site selection. For example, the technical indicator of lithium recovery rate in the smelting process has been increased from no less than 85% to no less than 90%.
