Tesla FSD V12 version upgrade: Eliminate human rule code and move towards end-to-end autonomous driving

Tesla recently made a major upgrade to its Fully Self-Driving (FSD) software. Version V12 removed almost all human rule codes, allowing more than 99% of decisions to be made autonomously by neural networks.
