China's power battery sales will increase by 32% in 2023, and lithium carbonate production will increase by 31% year-on-year

At the 2024 China Electric Vehicle Hundred People Conference, Huang Peng, vice president of Zangge Mining, revealed that China's cumulative sales of power batteries will exceed 600GWh in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 32%. At the same time, the production of lithium carbonate, the upstream of power batteries, also achieved sales of 460,000 tons, a year-on-year growth rate of 31%.
