Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor plans to use the raised funds to expand its business in the next five years. These plans include expanding the company's overall production capacity, increasing market share and product competitiveness; enhancing the company's independent research and development and innovation capabilities, improving product quality and shortening the development cycle of new products; making strategic investments and/or acquisitions to expand the customer base, enrich the product portfolio and supplement technology; expanding the global sales and marketing network; and using it for working capital and general corporate purposes.
