Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 23, 2024, with CITIC Securities as the sole sponsor. The company is one of the first technologically advanced silicon carbide epitaxial wafer suppliers in China, focusing on the research and development, mass production and sales of independently developed silicon carbide epitaxial wafers.
