Beijing expands autonomous driving demonstration zone to support autonomous driving test operations

In February 2024, the Beijing High-Level Autonomous Driving Demonstration Zone 3.0 expansion project started construction in Tongzhou District, and the entire autonomous driving demonstration zone will be expanded to 600 square kilometers. In addition, five railway stations and two airports in Beijing will also open autonomous driving connections to support autonomous driving test operations.
