GAC Aion and Huawei terminate cooperation on AH8 model, retaining only purchasing relationship

In March 2023, GAC Aion announced that it would terminate its cooperation with Huawei on the AH8 model and only retain a purchasing relationship. Previously, GAC Aion and Huawei reached a cooperative relationship, and the two parties jointly defined and developed this model internally code-named AH8. However, the two parties had differences in the way of cooperation. GAC Aion hoped to treat Huawei as an ordinary supplier, while Huawei hoped to take a leading position in technical solutions.
