Tongguang Semiconductor Capacity Expansion Plan

Tongguang Semiconductor plans to achieve an iC substrate production capacity of about 300,000 pieces in 2024 and a production capacity of 500,000-600,000 pieces in 2025. In addition, the company also plans to invest in a 1.65 million ton silicon carbide synthetic powder production line construction project.
