Shandong Tianyue Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. and Infineon Technologies AG sign a long-term sales contract

Shandong Tianyue Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a long-term sales contract with Infineon Technologies AG, stipulating that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Tianyue Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. will sell 6-inch conductive silicon carbide substrate products to Infineon Technologies AG from 2023 to 2025. According to the annual benchmark unit price forecast agreed in the contract (the US dollar to RMB exchange rate is converted at 6.7), the total sales amount for three years is expected to reach RMB 1.393 billion (including tax).
