Beijing Tianke Heda Semiconductor Co., Ltd. accelerates silicon carbide wafer production expansion

Beijing Tianke Heda Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic silicon carbide wafer manufacturer. In August 2023, its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Tianke Heda launched the second phase of the expansion project, planning to add 160,000 pieces of production capacity, which will be completed in June of the following year and put into production in August. By then, Jiangsu Tianke Heda's total production capacity will reach 230,000 pieces. In addition, the company has signed a long-term supply agreement with Infineon Technologies AG to supply 150mm silicon carbide wafers and ingots, accounting for a double-digit share of Infineon's demand.
