Aokang International plans to acquire stake in Lianhe Storage Technology

Aokang International, a well-known Chinese shoe brand, announced that it is planning to acquire the equity of Lianhe Storage Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. by issuing shares or paying cash. Lianhe Storage Technology is a high-performance, high-reliability storage chip and solution provider based in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with multiple R&D centers around the world.
