Zhejiang Jingyue Semiconductor Co., Ltd. mainly focuses on the research and development, production and sales of 6-8 inch conductive silicon carbide substrate materials. The company's first phase project produces 12,000 6-inch SiC wafers per year, and the yield rate will reach full production in 2021. The second phase project plans to produce 1,500 silicon carbide wafers per month.
