China Electronics Compound Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has signed a long-term supply agreement with Power Master of South Korea for SiC materials, including 8-inch. China Electronics Compound Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a material manufacturing enterprise invested by Huada Semiconductor that produces silicon carbide SiC crystals, substrates, epitaxial wafers and GaN epitaxial wafers.
