Hebei Tianda Jingyang Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest another 731 million yuan to build 400 complete silicon carbide crystal production lines. By then, the annual production capacity of 4-8 inch silicon carbide wafers will reach 120,000 pieces. At present, the company is carrying out dust-free workshop transformation. The first phase of 54 silicon carbide single crystal growth furnaces have all arrived on site, and 30 have been installed.
