Ideal Auto recently announced a major adjustment to its organizational structure, placing products and strategies at the core. After the adjustment, the CEO's office was renamed the "Product and Strategy Group", which consists of two departments: "Product Line" and "Quality Operations". In addition, the supply department was incorporated into the "R&D and Supply Group" and renamed "Supply Operations".
