RoboSense and Hesai promote self-developed chips

Both RoboSense and Hesai are promoting self-developed chips to reduce costs. RoboSense has 563 R&D personnel at the end of 2023, of which 100 are focused on chip R&D. Hesai uses self-developed chips in its solid-state lidar products.
