Tianyue Advanced Technology's Shanghai factory production continues to climb, construction progress exceeds expectations

Tianyue Advanced's Shanghai factory output is continuing to rise, and the construction progress has exceeded expectations. According to the 2022 fundraising plan, the company will build a silicon carbide substrate production base in Lingang, Shanghai to expand the production capacity of conductive silicon carbide single crystal substrates. The original plan was to start trial production in 2022 and achieve full production in 2026, reaching an annual production capacity of 300,000 conductive silicon carbide substrates.
