The project is located in Nanhu District, Jiaxing, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. After it is put into production, it will achieve an annual output of 360,000 power chips and an annual output value of 1 billion yuan. Star Semiconductor focuses on products such as IGBT modules and MOSFET modules, and provides solutions in the fields of new energy vehicles.
