Feizeng Semiconductor has launched the third-generation silicon carbide MOSFET products, including a variety of market mainstream specifications, such as 1200V 14/18/30/40/80mohm and 750V 11mohm, to meet the needs of different applications. This product has better parameter consistency, lower switching loss and better conduction characteristics, and is widely used in charging piles, photovoltaic & energy storage, vehicle-mounted OBC/DCDC/main drive and other fields.
