Nissan, Honda merger to create world's third-largest automaker

If the merger of Nissan, Honda and Mitsubishi is realized, the new automotive group will become the world's third-largest automaker with annual sales of more than 8 million vehicles. This will be the largest merger in the global automotive industry since Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA merged to form Stellantis in 2021.
