In 2023, SIL will rank sixth in China's silicon carbide device market in terms of shipments, with the top five being STMicroelectronics, Infineon, Wolfspeed, ON Semiconductor and Rohm. SIL provides silicon carbide chips and modules to a number of new energy vehicle companies through foundry services.
